Please call the Registrar’s office for a copy of their table of fees and ask about the many ways of conducting your service ensuring that no two ceremonies are exactly the same.

Our minimum booking is for 30 guests up to a maximum of 75 seated guests. There is additional standing room for up to 40 guests.

Maximum numbers will be agreed with you when you first enquire and this maximum number will be dependent on the style of ceremony you are planning and the type of catering that you require.

Availability may be limited at weekends but do please phone the Booking Office for up to date information.

On your arrival you will find the Ceremony Room set ready for the service with guest seating arranged to your chosen plan. Three fresh flower displays are included in your price – one for the Registrar’s table and two other side tables. Soft drinks/water are available for guests on arrival and there is a no smoking requirement until after the service.
